These terms govern use of the Muzinity platform. You accept them when you create a studio account, or when you continue to use Muzinity after your school has made it available to you.
The service
Muzinity provides music-school management: scheduling, practice journals, progress tracking, teaching-material libraries, and related tools. Features vary by plan.
Accounts and roles
Studio owners and administrators are responsible for the accounts they create within their school, including teacher, student, and parent access. Accounts for students under 13 are subject to the parental consent process described in the Children’s Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no attempts to reach another school’s data, no uploading unlawful content, and no use of the platform to harass or harm others. Teaching materials you upload must be materials you have the right to use.
Your content
Schools retain ownership of the content they and their members create (lesson notes, journals, uploaded materials). You grant Muzinity the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
Billing is not yet live in the application. When it launches, new studios will start with a free trial (currently planned as 30 days), and paid subscriptions, invoicing, and cancellation will be managed in the application. Until then, no charges are made, and pricing shown on this website is informational and subject to change.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Schools may close their account at any time. After termination we will handle school content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Muzinity reliable, but THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change is significant.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Muzinity’s liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give studio owners advance notice (for example by email or an in-app notice), and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
